The Goal

Create an engaging, close-to-real VR tour experience of Catrion’s capabilities without a physical visit to the facilities so that both the business development and marketing teams can utilize it and boost prospects’ awareness, engagement, and business opportunities.

Challenge

The challenge for the client was effectively showcasing and promoting their catering services nationwide without requiring clients, potential investors, or event attendees to physically visit their production units in one or two specific places.

They needed a solution that could demonstrate their capabilities remotely, using virtual reality or video presentations,ensuring they could convey how they operate and fulfill client needs without needing on-site visits.

Basically, Catrion necessitated a solution that could bridge geographical distances and provide a vivid, interactive experience of their state-of-the-art food production capabilities.

Solution

By leveraging virtual reality for brand presentations, we aimed to establish a compelling and accessible way to showcase our clients’ services to a broader audience, ensuring transparency and engagement without the constraints of physical travel.

Catrion facilities, such as production units, storage, transportation methods, and remote site access, were presented as interactive stories and VR tours so potential customers could understand how they serve key industries such as healthcare,retail, and railway.

Environments were recreated by providing images, videos, and dimensions from real premises so 3D artists could build them the same way in a virtual environment, reflecting equipment, surfaces, textures, and brand uniforms worn by employees on duty.

Experience showcased high standards used for the facility, food storage and production, transportation methods,employees’ qualifications, and safety practices.
